Frozen Joghurt with Raspberries








What would summer be without ice cream? Apart from a whole lot less refreshing, tasty and fruity, it would also make me have a real 'summertime sadness.' But let's not think about such sad thoughts! Summer is here and ice cream is here as well - or rather a frozen joghurt to start things off slowly. I'll make sure to still post some ice cream recipes throughout the season! 

Ingredients (6-8 portions):
-125g frozen raspberries
-560g natural joghurt
-60ml maple syrup or honey

Instructions:
1. Freeze all ingredients in the ice cream machine for 25 minutes.
2. Leave to chill in the freezer. Leave outside for around 5 minutes before serving.
Serve with strawberries or another fruit of your choice.
