Frozen Joghurt-Berry-Smoothie

                              
       
                                       


There are few things one can do about bad weather. One thing that always tricks me into a sunnier place is eating the food and drinking the drinks that one would usually save for those sunny, cloudless days. The refreshing tastes and energizing scents makes us remember that the warm days of the year can also be revived during the coldest!

Ingredients (4 cups):
-150g frozen beeries
-500g natural yoghurt
-2 Tsp honey
-a handful of mint leaves

Instructions:
1. Mix all ingredients with a grinder and fill into 4 cups. Decorate with mint.
Enjoy!
